Ascend Laboratories sought to enable the organization with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for its key business functions. Due to Zensar’s industry knowledge in life sciences, the customer engaged Zensar to collaborate with them on the initiative. We worked hand- in-hand with the customer to implement industry best practices and bring in business process re-engineering wherever needed.

The client is the largest motoring organization in the UK, with annual revenue of approximately $1.3 billion. It offers a wide range of services, including breakdown assistance, insurance, and financial solutions. Zensar was chosen as the strategic IT transformation partner under a multi-year engagement to provide integrated support across IT infrastructure operations and both SAP and non-SAP application development.

Zensar partnered with Focal One (EDAP TMS), a Nasdaq-listed leader in therapeutic ultrasound, to implement SAP S/4HANA at its new facility in Austin, TX. The project transitioned the US business from QuickBooks, integrating the facility into the existing S/4HANA system It focused on streamlined processes, a robust SAP security framework, third-party integrations, and regulatory compliance to drive operational excellence and support growth.

Vyaire Medical required a quick ramp up of support team with strict resource constraints. There was lack of documentation for processes and systems leading to lack of standard procedures. There was also no set methodology for knowledge acquisition, transition, and management. Requirement of niche skills made the project more challenging as well. We partnered with Vyaire to support their enterprise application and bring in enhancements and upgrades.
